The New Classics Band Recorded Live at Q's Pub on October 21st, 2010

Each Fourth of July the Golden Lions Club puts on a family event in Lions Park in Golden Colorado which culminates in a fireworks show at dark. It’s a great small town Americana Fourth of July Festival event. In 2010 we decided to change out our musical entertainment and hired The New Classics Band to play in the park for us. They were a HUGE HIT! The New Classics Band plays Rock ‘n Roll hits from the 60’-80’s and they perform the songs in the same way we heard them on the albums we used to buy. Throughout the day we had numerous people come up and compliment us on amping up the music for the event this past year. People really enjoyed hearing and dancing to the old rock ‘n roll classics. We also received several cards and letters after the event thanking us for putting the event on and again saying how much they enjoyed the “new” music this year. The New Classics Band plays great music and is a great team to work with. They will be back for our Fourth of July Festival next year!

I would like to recommend The New Classics Band for any type of event in need of great live-music entertainment. We hired them for a business function with our clients, so it was very important that the right impression was made. I had so many compliments from our guests about how great the band was and how much fun everyone had. They was punctual, self reliant and smooth in their set-up, played a wonderful variety of music, kept the crowd engaged, entertained and dancing. The dance floor was filled the whole night. I also found their rate extremely competitive and I believe we received a great value from Nick Samora and the band in comparison to other bands I’ve heard who charge much higher rates. They also would be appropriate for any other type of function such as a wedding, bar-bat mitzvah, anniversary party, graduation party, etc. if you’re looking for a great band that can play any kind of music to please, book these guys! They’re total pros. I would gladly have them back anytime for another event in the future.
